1. Shipping Methods:
   No shipping charges on all orders above the value of Rs.500.
   On orders below the value of ₹500, shipping cost of ₹50 will be charged.
   All orders will be shipped through our assigned logistics partner.
   In case the shipping is to be done at multiple addresses, you need to place orders for each address separately.
2. Delivery Time:
   Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and usually delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving the order. In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, labour disputes, pandemic, transport strike, or any other uncontrollable event, Dealfreez Estore shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the order within the specified timeframe. In such cases, Dealfreez Estore will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of the delay and provide updates on the status of their order.
3. Tracking Information:
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation on your registered email or mobile number containing the tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided on the registered email.
