1. Return and Refund Policy:

At Dealfreez Estore (β€˜OBOE’) (β€œWe, Us, Our, Company”), we strive to provide our customers (β€œCustomers, You, Your”) with the best possible products and experiences. If You are not entirely happy with Your purchase, we offer our customers with an easy 07-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

2. What can be returned?

Products purchased directly from Us from Our official website are eligible for returns. The Customer must make the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery at the customer's own expense. The product will be considered for return only against manufacturing defects. The Return will be processed after checks and verifications. Any product entered for return, if found to be used or not in its original condition, will be directly refused to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following products will NOT be considered for return:

  1. Used Products or opened Products.
  2. Products with missing items/ Wrong Product Bought By Buyer
  3. Damaged Products/products with broken seals.

3. Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs of delivery if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After this 24-hour period, the product cannot be returned.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for tempered glass, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Β 

  1. On filing of the return request, Ship the item to the address mentioned below: 237-A, Main Road, East Azad Nagar, Delhi-110051
  1. Share the tracking details by email on the email ID info@oboeshop.in. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. If we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery). Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. The exact amount and payment mode will be communicated to the buyer.
  2. Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements.
  3. Based on the description of the originally delivered product the refund or exchange will be initiated for the product. The refund or exchange will be initiated only if the products are received by us in proper condition.
  4. In case of refund, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method or to the bank account linked with the customer’s account or to the customer’s wallet.
  5. In case the mode of payment is online, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of Us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  6. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be done through a NEFT/Demand Draft within 10 days of quality check subsequent to Us receiving the products back against the billing details shared by the Customer. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  7. Any free product received should also be returned along with the originally delivered product.
  8. The shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
